What is the BatComputer.com?

The Bat Computer, one fan's quest to create an online tribute to one of the most prolific superheros ever created - Batman. Whther you are a fan of Batman or not, it would be difficult to argue that Batman is not one of the most well known superheroes. From the time Batman was first introduced by creator Bob Kane in the 1930's through today Batman has remained a part of the American culture.

Over the last 70 years or so Batman has taken many forms. He has been a comic book hero, a cartoon (both as part of various groups and as a solo act), a live action TV show and, more recently, a movie star! Regardless of which Batman you are a fan off, there will be information on this site you will find valuable.

Many people ask me why I am a Batman fan. I am an adult and and executive but I still have Batman items displayed in my home and office. The answer is simple, Batman does not have superpowers. He did not land here from another planet, he was not exposed to a chemical or bitten by a spider. He is just a man who chooses to do what he thinks is right. Luckily he has the skills and money to do just that.

Regardles of what anyone may think, I have been, and always will be, a fan of the Batman. This website is designed for people like me. Young or old, long-time fans or new fans, it does not mater. We all have our Batman fanhood in common and this site will appeal to us all. Have a look around and let me know what you think by using the contact link on the bottom of any page.
